As part of the first modern self-powered Silk Road caravan, the biking takes you 10,000 kilometres, through eight countries, in 108 days; a journey that took the merchants, soldiers and adventurers of the past many uncomfortable months -- if they made it at all! Squirt is proud to be the official lube for this adventure and will once again prove again its long lasting durability.

| Wisconsin Off Road Series - USA |
Squirt has partnered with WORS, the Wisconsin Off Road Series, to become the official lube of America's largest state mountain bike racing series. The series began as in 1991 as six separate races that were connected by a points system and overall scoring. It has now evolved to a twelve-race season. The series has 17% female participation, which is far above the national average of around 9%.
The series has been sanctioned by the National Off-Road Bicycle Association since 2003, when it averaged over 800 riders per event.

| Squirt official lube on Tour d'Afrique again |
| Tour d'Afrique, the world's longest and most spectacular bicycle event has attracted a record number of entrants for 2008. With 55 full tour and 40 sectional riders from all over the world preparing to test their limits in this annual 12 000 km race and expedition down the length of Africa (Cairo to Cape Town), Squirt is once again the official lube. Squirt will be supplied to riders for the full duration of the race. On previous events the race had been completed by top contenders on a single chain using Squirt. |

Lieb Loots, top masters rider from the Southern Cape is representing Squirt at the 2007 Crocodile Trophy in Australia. Although it is getting more popular, this is one of the toughest mountain bike events in the world. It covers over 1400km in hot dusty conditions and is raced at a high pace by mostly elite riders.

For the second time Squirt is the lube sponsor for the Crocodile Trophy. Race director Gerhard Schönbacher welcomed the sponsorship and gave us the opportunity to once again prove that this new generation lube has no equal in these conditions. This is how the race unfolded:
What an epic battle. My game plan of killing everyone on the bike and
jogging it in went out the window as my Sydney Olympics breakaway
buddy Olivier Marceau rode the less than technical course
brilliantly, and we started the run neck in neck. I've raced Olivier
many many times over the last 15 years and never have I even come
close to outrunning him. So I told myself, 'Pucker up, this is going
to be the toughest run of your life'.
The 1st mile I stuck to him like a bushveld tick, and as we hit the
1st big climb he dropped off the pace, first I though he was playing
games, but when I turned the screws his footsteps faded quickly and a
little miracle happened.
It was a star studded field with the Olympic silver medalist, (Bevan)
5 Olympians and a number of past champions. Victory was really really
sweet. Especially after last years' trials and tribulations. Actually
the last 5 years of paying my dues here in Maui.
